*Reflexology~ Thumb pressure applied to the hands and feet that correlate to specific areas of the body~ deeply relaxing
*Pressure Point Massage~ Pressure is applied to points along the body's meridians (energy
channels) and in turn, healing energy is sent to specific body parts/ to address specific issues
