*Swedish~ Long, light strokes soothe anxiety and relieve muscle tension
*Deep Tissue~ Work into the deeper muscle layers to ease chronic issues
*Reflexology~ Thumb pressure applied to the hands and feet that correlate to specific areas of the
body~ deeply relaxing
*Pressure Point Massage~ Pressure is applied to points along the body's meridians (energy
channels) and in turn, healing energy is sent to specific body parts/ to address specific issues
*Fascial Stretching~ A technique designed to work and focus on deeper layers of soft tissue (muscle and fascia), as well as tendons
**A session typically includes 3 or more of the above modalities. I call my unique style "Fusion Massage". My clients love it!!
